- Opensource operating systems (Linux Administration Level)

- Monitoring tools admin level (Nagios, Zabbix, Site24x7, Graylog).
- Knowledge of Ansible tool.
- Continuous integration tools admin level (Jenkins).
- Ability to manage and monitor live incidents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance.

- Ability to analyse incidents on financial markets and products.
- Support Level2 engineer team organization.
- Telephone guard within the escalation path.
